• My Goals for 2020 - What a Feeling!

January 05, 2020

I love this time of year because it gives me a fresh start! Isn't it nice?  Yes, it may seem overwhelming, and I've even overheard conversations of people saying, "I'm not making any New Year's resolutions.  I'm happy with myself."  But that's not what it's all about!

You can still like yourself, and want to set goals.  After all, if we don't at least shoot for something, we probably won't do it. My goals may not all get accomplished because I'm definitely not perfect.  But I feel more focused and "on a path" once I look at my upcoming year and think about what I really want to do.

Some of my goals are huge, like my new eating structure, FASTer Way to Fat Loss. It starts on January 6, and you will be hearing lots more about this as I embark on a new nutrition journey! And some are as simple as using our good china!  Honestly, I can count on two hands the number of times we have used our fancy good china we received when we got married.  Sad, right?!  It's because we had so many young-aged children at our family holidays for so many years, and it wasn't practical to use expensive fragile china and crystal. Gradually, I collected dish patterns for holidays and seasons that were not as fragile.  So I've discussed it with Dave - we will be having a dinner party using our good china very soon!

The question is, will the pressure of publishing these
help me get them all done?  LOL!
