Making a Pageant Skeleton for Halloween

Skeletons are on parade in our neighborhood at the lake, and I wanted to share with you how we made our Miss Lake Lotawana, who could also be a Miss America skeleton for you!

All You Need:

Full body skeleton

Dance costume (I used our daughter's old one)

Wig

Sash

Stick-on letters

Crown

Glue Gun

This decoration was mostly recycled from what we had at the house. The only things we bought were the skeleton and the crown. We actually raided our costume closet for the dress, wig and sash. This is not an expensive thing!

All we had to do was dress the skeleton and secure the sash and wig with a glue gun! I hope this gets your creative juices flowing. It's really just a matter of thinking about what you have to dress her up for the Halloween pageant!
