When my daughter decided she wanted to serve charcuterie for her outdoor luncheon on Bachelorette Day, I knew we were working with the right caterer, Paradise Catering in Carmel Valley, California. They do the most picture perfect food displays I've ever seen. What's more is the deliciousness of the food. It's always "melt in your mouth" quality.
So I thought I would share with you their take on a picturesque version of charcuterie for my daughter's lunch.

Blocks of cheese such as brie and other soft cheeses that can be cut easily
Strawberries, sliced
Grapes, in bunches
Blackberries
Mango
Jicama, slices
Honey, served fresh from the honeycomb
Dried cranberries
Jelly
Crostini
Olives
Raw cashews or other nuts
Edible flowers and rosemary for garnish
It was Chloie's idea to serve her favorite orange wine, Ino Es Pituko, mostly because of the cute artistic bottle.
