Dillar's Figgy Goat Cheese Log

I'm giving you a gift! My dear childhood friend fixed this for us at our lake house one time, and it has become my all time favorite Go-To appetizer! It's the easiest thing, pretty to look at and a crowd pleaser every time! Kind of a variation on the pepper jello on top of cream cheese but the flavors of this are much more gourmet tasting and delicious! Here ya go.

Dillar's Figgy Goat Cheese Log

1 Log Goat cheese

1/2 Jar Fig spread

Chopped Pecan (choose your amount - 1 cup or less)

Crackers of your choice

Just cover the cheese log with fig spread. Then cover with chopped pecans. Serve with your favorite crackers and you're done!

Variation: Cream cheese will work beautifully with these flavors if you don't have goat cheese - as shown in the photo.
