GO-TO GREEN SMOOTHIE
This smoothie has everything you need! I'm so happy to find this recipe that is a perfect choice on the FASTer Way and in life! A healthy source of fats, quality protein, nutrient dense greens and satisfying fiber. It really is a go-to. Avacado is my new thing - it's super healthy and gives the smoothie a great texture.
1 Medium banana, fresh or frozen (may sub 1 cup fruit of choice such as green apple, frozen pineapple, or mango)2 Handfuls of spinach or greens of choice½ Avocado1 ½–2 cups Unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk2 Scoops protein powder of choice (such as collagen peptides) Optional – 1 T. MCT Oil (bullet proof)
Add 1-11/2 c. of ice and all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
