Asian Cabbage Salad
2 packages Asian Salad Mix
Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
We eat a lot of salad, so 2 packages of salad mix will feed 6 of us! And I know it's simple, but our very favorite easy homemade salad dressing is Good Seasons! There are a couple of tricks. We use really good olive oil when it calls for oil and white wine vinegar when it calls for vinegar. The only other ingredients are water and the mix in the packet. Directions are easy - they're on the packet. And be sure to buy the cruet bottle - it has the measurements right on there for each ingredient!
My mom has been using this dressing for years, and now we have adopted it as our favorite!
