• Roasted Green Beans

This is such an easy recipe, I hope you don't laugh that I listed it as a recipe! I wasn't sure that green beans would work to roast in the oven, but now that I've fixed it for dinner, it's actually requested by the family!

Roasted Green Beans

1 pack of fresh Green beans prepared and washed 

Avocado oil (optional)

Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning (salt free)

Napa Valley Natural Grand Reserve Balsamic Vinegar

Line a cookie sheet with a Silpat Mat, available on the link to the left and on my Shop my Feed on the blog. Cover the mat with the green beans and sprinkle them generously with the Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning. Sprinkle with avocado oil lightly unless you are watching fats, and if so, it is fine to leave it off. Bake on Roasting setting on your oven, or just Bake at 425 degrees for around 20 minutes or until green beans are tender.  Before serving, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. I listed my favorite above, for flavor and health, but you could another balsamic vinegar.
