This is our family's new go-to meal! Such a healthy way to enjoy Mexican food! Everyone enjoys it.
1 lbs. 93% Ground turkey1 1/4 t. Kosher salt1 t. Garlic powder1 t. Cumin1 t. Chili powder1 t. Paprika1/2 t. Oregano1/2 Onion, small, minced3/4 c. Water4 oz. Tomato sauce4 c. Riced cauliflower, uncookedSiete Almond Flour TortillasLettuce, choppedSiete Almond Flour TortillasLettuce, choppedToppings: 4 oz. avocado, chopped cilantro, 1 c. chopped lettuce, 1/4 c. salsa, lime wedges* Over high heat, brown the turkey in a large skillet breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks, about 5 minutes.* When no longer pink add 1 teaspoon salt and the dry seasoning and mix well.* Add the onion, pepper, water and tomato sauce and cover.* Simmer on low for about 15 minutes.* Remove the cover and add the cauliflower, add 1/4 teaspoon salt and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.* Transfer to a plate and serve with avocado, lettuce, salsa and lime.www.skinnytaste.com
